Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee service availability, pricing, acceptance, response time, or specific deliverables. Scope and service terms are confirmed separately.

Emergency support

Website forms and general email should not be used as the only method for emergency incident response unless a separate written service agreement exists.

Specific services, pricing, response terms, responsibilities, limitations, and exclusions are defined in separate agreements or statements of work.
